Healing Isn’t Linear: Trauma-Informed Training for Modern Organizations.
I bridge the gap between clinical evidence and lived humanity.
I help teams move past "corporate wellness" buzzwords into genuine psychological safety.

Workshop 1:
Why Organizations Misunderstand Trauma
Most people (including leaders,
educators, and even clinicians)
misunderstand OCD and
trauma-triggered anxiety. That gap leads to mislabeling, harmful assumptions, and inappropriate expectations. This workshop clarifies what OCD really looks like, how trauma shapes symptom expression, and how to respond skillfully in leadership, clinical, and organizational settings.

Workshop 2:
Duality—The Skill for Navigating Stress & Complexity.
Modern workplaces ask people to
“stay professional,” “leave politics
at the door,” and
“focus on the task.”
But human nervous systems don’t work that way, especially under stress, identity threat, or conflict. Duality is the skill of holding multiple truths at once without collapsing into shutdown or reactivity. This workshop translates trauma-informed, embodied tools into practical team-based strategies for communication, collaboration, and emotional safety.

Workshop 3:
Beyond Diagnosis—What OCD and Anxiety Actually Look Like.
This interactive workshop reframes how organizational metrics and cultures misinterpret trauma responses. Participants will learn to recognize freeze/dissociation/survival responses at work, design emotional safety scaffolds, and translate clinical understanding into practical leadership
interventions that support both staff wellbeing and performance.
